I've been mentioning for a while, that a re-design of the web site was in the works. Recently, we've also come up with a great idea for re-developing the site as well. We will continue to provide a handy way of advertising local events, however, we will be combining it with a handy way to post more than that! Events, Classifieds, News & more will be combined into a singular 'Post' to the Shuswap Bulletin Board (Which will be shortened from Shuswap Events Bulletin Board).

By default, when you browsed to our Events,  you would see a Calendar, showing you the number of events happening each day. These numbers can be narrowed down by choosing one of the categories, or a city, in the left hand column. But what do you do when you are looking for a specific keyword? Now, you can choose to use our Quick Search form to find an Event.

After some consideration, we have decided at the Shuswap Events Bulletin Board that Revelstoke is part of the Shuswap. Several web sites we consulted referred to Revelstoke as part of the Columbia-Shuswap region, or was in the Shuswap-Revelstoke region. So spread the word to your friends, Shuswap Events Bulletin Board now reaches all the way to Revelstoke! We will be adding Revelstoke Facebook Fan Pages to our list of favorite pages, and searching for Revelstoke Twitter Feeds to follow.

Have you switched over to the Google+ Social Media Site? We now have set up our own Google+ Brand Page. Now you can receive our news updates on your Google+ Feed. Want to learn more about Google+?
